Are you doing any Healthy Detoxfication at all?
Chances are you rarely think about what your urine looks like, but your urine’s clarity and color can alert you to both health and hydration issues.
I have been recommended to check my urine twice a day — first thing in the morning and right before bed.
Morning is when your urine will be most concentrated. So, if your morning urine is a pale, straw color, you're probably well hydrated and healthy.
At bedtime, it should look as clear as water or at least pale yellow.
This is my personal update.
I was doing a natural Healthy Detoxfication first thing in the morning with Restoriix for a while now but recently I changed my routine to doing it just before bed time and a tall glass of water.
Can I tell you that the colour of my first urine has changed from yellow to a very pale yellow colour.

Clear to yellow urine falls within the normal, healthy range, Clayman says.
Odd colors such as blue or orange are usually the result of medications such as certain antibiotics, antidepressants and laxatives.
But there are two colors you should never ignore: dark brown and red.
