Here’s my top tip for YOU for the next 90 days :
Engage in deep breathing exercises for a 10 minutes each day for 90 days consistently .
When you do this daily, you can release stress
hormones from your body, allowing you to enjoy more time in deep sleep and it can even help strengthen your immune system.There are a million ways to practise breath work and meditation but this is my current and favourite practise I've done so far in my life.

The entire practise should take you 10 minutes in the morning. If you are stretching for time in the morning then do it before bed .
You can repeat throughout the day whenever needed in times of stress or fatigue as it's a great way to ground and calm the nervous
system.
This practice can helps to 𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘴, calm your mind, and set a peaceful tone for the day.
