Food is about the body. Try different foods and see how your body feels after eating it.
If your body feels very agile and energetic ; that means the body is happy. If your body feels lethargic and needs to be pumped up with caffeine to stay focus and awake , then your body is not happy.
Through research and common sense tells me that if the food that you eat is 40-50% raw plant based whole-food then you will have a much happier digestive system.
Why? Because the more enzymes we can obtain from whole raw food sources, the less our bodies have to work to digest the food we eat. But, in reality only 5.15% of Australian adults had adequate daily intake of fruits and raw vegetables… and that number includes potatoes!
